Lesley the fire alarm

During extremely noisy bulding operations merging a new building with the existing Chemical Engineering building, there have been numerous fire alarms set off by the dust.

SO when Lesley's boss wass ineffectually calling for order at the year end drinks soiree in order to give a speech, Lesley stepped in with a very accurate fire alarm redition.  Everyone cracked up!

"Why did I do that?" Lesley wonders.  It couldn't have been the drink because she is completely teetotal.  Must be the adrenaln? 

I was her plus-one, and was drawing the passing parade until my pencil disappeared.  I strongly suspect the little daschhund!

It was great to meet a lot of the people Lesley has been praying for and with this year.
